Delivery Note

It is recommended that the Company include a Delivery Note to be signed by all Clients which should include the following Clause:
I acknowledge that as the renewable energy products provided to me with regard to the visible quality and specifications thereof is to my satisfaction and satisfies the requirements of the renewable energy products ordered I will refrain from requesting any refunds, replacement of goods or repair of goods. I furthermore accept full responsibility for any damages to such renewable energy products, which is damaged while under my control and pertaining to my own negligence or fault. I may however request a refund; repair; or replacement of the renewable energy products if it is proven as defective or not as agreed by the parties within in the time period as specified in the warranty.
The Delivery Note should as with other documents of the Business include:
- the Business full name; Joule Energy Solutions (Pty) Ltd, Registration Number 2020/865149/07 and
- The Business primary address: Tanzanite West, c/o Plattekloof Road & Tanzanite Street, Montague Park, Montague Gardens, Cape Town, 7441.
